Run Ice and Water Shield 3ft up the eaves
and cover entire roof deck with synthetic underlayment.

Install Metal valleys if needed.

Install new plumbing stack flashing

Install New vents (maximum vent , ridge vent, or conventional vent).

Seal any exposed nails on vents with caulking.

Clean Gutters

Clean debris around the house and use magnetic sweeper to pick up any loose nails.
